Saying “No” is hard.

Saying “Yes” all the time is bad.

Recently, VisualsSpeak founder, Christine Martell, and I sat down to have a candid conversation about saying “No” and why it’s so very important for getting your projects completed, growing your business and, well, overall health.

Sometimes you have to let something else go or give something up.

We discuss going down the rabbit hole and when you should.

There’s also the issue of capacity and which things make the most sense to say “yes” to.

We talk about thinking about our personal needs and why “No” is sometimes critical to our health needs.

Not knowing how to say “No” is a big concern for many people. Learning how to “script” out your “no” language makes things much easier.

The key is to start creating a “No” List.

Have a look and let us know what you think!

You can learn more about scripting language in my Kindle book called “What to Say, How to Say It” you can find it at Amazon, here’s the >>link<<.
