Even if you’ve read the Kindle book cover to cover, you still might be faced with a customer/client situation that leaves you literally speechless. It happens.

Crafting scripts to help you deal with any kind of business situation is my specialty. Call it a superpower if you like, but what I really do is listen to your current situation or frustration and craft a script on-the-fly that you can use immediately to deal with whatever difficult conversation, situation, or negotiation you are faced with.

Common Scripting Issues

Some of the more common issues I discuss with clients involve:

  • How to fire a customer – what to say, how to say it
  • How to deal with scope creep
  • How to craft a client policy for use on website
  • How to create customer “rules” or boundaries and communicate them effectively
  • Telephone scripts, voicemail scripts, scheduling scripts, communicating policies

What to Say Session

After you choose your session length, 30 minutes or 60 minutes, and register, you’ll receive an email from me with details on how to schedule your call time. We use a conference call line so that the call can be recorded.

When we get on the call, you get the time you need to tell me about your current situation, we discuss and craft out script bits that you can use to craft your conversation or written communication. When we are done I send you a copy of the call so that you can refer to it again if necessary.

Most of the time we can get through one or two issues in 30 minutes. If your needs are more involved then a 60 minute session may be necessary. If you need help first establishing boundaries before we get to the scripting part, then a 60 minute session is your best choices.

Script It For Me

There are times when you get an email from a customer and you aren’t sure how to respond, or what the best way to respond is. In those cases, you simply register for a Script It For Me session.

We communicate through email or by phone for the initial conversation, generally not more than 10 minutes if necessary. You simply send me the email, letter, contract, proposal, whatever document you have as long as it is under 6 pages in length. I then craft a written response/script that you can use. You can modify it lightly or send as is, it’s up to you. It’s fast and easy.

I do this regularly with clients who just need to quickly deal with a situation. I ask a few questions and then script something. Turn around is usually 24-48 hours.
